Requirements in Weflow
To enable conversation intelligence, Weflow Activity Capture with access to your calendar events needs to be configured first.
Weflow will pull the relevant meeting information from your calendar, and schedule a recording bot to join the respective meeting.
It may be required to admit the recording bot to the meeting manually (depending on your organizational security settings). This is specifically true for Zoom Meetings.
Requirements for Zoom & Co
There is no need to authenticate Weflow with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx or Google Meet specifically.
For Zoom, the local recordings need to be enabled by the admin.
Admins can do this via the Account Management > Account Settings > Recordings & Transcripts
Requirements for Salesforce
For activity capture to work, admins need to update the Managed Weflow Package to the latest version (see here).
Meetings are logged into Salesforce via the REST API. Hence, the REST API needs to be enabled for all users or the Integration User.
Meeting summaries and transcripts are stored as custom objects in Salesforce (Weflow_Recording__c).
The Weflow_Recording__c object is added as part of the Managed Weflow Package.
All users need to have write access for the Weflow_Recording__c object enabled.
Meeting summaries are also stored in the description field of the corresponding event object (event) in Salesforce.
