Weflow admins can configure custom warning signals in the admin console to make it easier to managers and reps to identify deals at risk.

Updated over a week ago

Setup

  • To configure warning signals you need to be an admin.

  • Go to the Admin Console > Warning Signals or click this link.

  • Click on '+Add warning' in the top right corner to create a new warning signal.

  • You can create warning signals based on any field in Salesforce incl. custom objects as long as they are related to the Opportunity object.

  • After creating a warning signal, make sure to assign it to one or multiple profiles and toggle the status to 'Enabled' via the blue toggle.

Creating new signals

  1. Add a short user-facing naming convention e.g. 'Close Date Overdue' to the first input field

  2. Add a short admin-facing description of what this signal is about

  3. Add conditions relating to the Opportunity object

Example:

Warning signals recommended by the Weflow team:

  • Close date overdue

  • Time in stage by stage (set different time limits for each stage)

  • Inactive since X days (set different time limits for each stage)

  • No next meeting scheduled

  • No next steps defined

  • Last meeting more than X days ago

  • Last email more than X days ago

  • Weflow Engagement Score below 50 points
