This section in Insights provides out-of-the-box reports for customers of Weflow's activity capture feature.
Below, you'll find a definition for each report and how to adjust it.
Filters
Admins have the privilige to create company-wide views.
These views can be filtered by:
User
Time/Date
For meeting-related views, the following additional filters are available:

Maximum meeting duration
Minimum number of meetings
Maximum number of meetings

Reports and Definitions
Meeting Volume
The number of meetings with external participants that were synced successfully to Salesforce (by Weflow).
Meeting Duration
The average duration for all meetings with external participants that were synced successfully to Salesforce (by Weflow).
Time Spent in Meetings
The time spent in meetings across all meetings with external participants that were synced successfully to Salesforce (by Weflow).
If a meeting was recorded by Weflow's Conversation Intelligence, the exact time spent in the meeting is used based on the recording length.
If a meeting was not recorded, the start and end time of the calendar invite is used for the calculation.
Recorded Meetings
The share or meetings recorded by Weflow's Conversation Intelligence compared to the number of meetings with external participants that were synced successfully to Salesforce (by Weflow).
Email Volume
The total number of incoming and outgoing emails for a specific user that were logged successfully to Salesforce (by Weflow).
You can filter for only outgoing emails (outbound) to see only the emails that were sent by the specific user.
Open Rate
The share of emails that were sent by the user and opened by the recipient (at least once).
Reply Rate
The share of emails that were sent by the user and replied to by the recipient (at least once).
Deleted Meetings
Deleted / cancelled meetings are excluded from all calculations as from September 10th, 2025.
If you review a meeting report before that date, then deleted meetings may still be included in the calculations.
