How to Fix OAuth Errors in Weflow

If you or your team encounter an OAuth Error when trying to connect Weflow to Salesforce, follow these steps:

1. Check the Weflow Connected App in Salesforce

  • Go to Salesforce SetupManage Connected Apps.

  • Locate the Weflow Connected App.

2. Install Weflow if Missing

  • If the app is not listed, go to Connected Apps OAuth Usage and install the Weflow app first.

3. Update App Policies

  • Open the Weflow Connected App and click Manage App Policies.

  • Ensure “Users can self-authorize” is enabled.

    • This setting allows users to grant Weflow access to their Salesforce account without requiring admin intervention.

4. Relax IP Restrictions

  • If IP restrictions are enabled, relax them for Weflow.

    • This ensures users can log in from different networks without being blocked by Salesforce’s IP limitations.
