Coaching Templates ensure that team members receive consistent, data-driven coaching aligned with your organization’s sales methodologies and performance standards.

Step 1: Access the Coaching Templates

  1. Go to the Admin Console.

  2. Select Coaching Templates from the menu.

    • This section displays all existing coaching templates.

    • From here, you can create new templates, edit existing ones, or manage which teams have access.

Step 2: Add a New Coaching Template

Click + Add Coaching Template to start building a new coaching structure.

Step 3: Build Your Template

Use the editor to create your coaching template.

  • You can include multiple sections or keep it focused on a single methodology—depending on your coaching goals.

  • For example:

    • If you only want to gather feedback based on a specific sales methodology (e.g., BANT, SPIN, or MEDDIC), simply select that one.

    • If you’d like to assess broader aspects—such as communication style, discovery skills, and objection handling—you can add multiple sections to the same template.

💡 Tip: For specialized or additional coaching templates, you can contact our support team at support@getweflow.com.
These templates are pre-built and trained on large sets of anonymized, non-customer data, ensuring high-quality and trustworthy feedback output.

Step 4: Preview Your Template

Before saving, click Preview to review how the coaching flow will appear to users.

  • You can switch between pre-recorded videos or examples from your library to verify how the feedback questions or sections are displayed in context.

Step 5: Save and Assign to Teams

Once your template is ready:

  1. Click Save.

  2. Assign the coaching template to one or more Teams.

    • Only the selected teams will have access to view and use the coaching template.

    • You can assign the same template to multiple teams if desired.

Manage and Update Templates

You can revisit the Coaching Templates page anytime to:

  • Edit existing templates to refine or expand them

  • Duplicate templates for new use cases or teams

  • Remove outdated or unused templates
