Inviting new members

Weflow automatically connects to your Salesforce user directory, making it easy to identify which users are already Weflow and who doesn't yet. In this article, we'll explain how you can invite new members to Weflow.


How to invite new members to Weflow

  1. Open the admin console by clicking on your avatar icon in the bottom left
  2. Go to the "Members" tab
  3. Click on "Invite new members"
  4. A new window will open
  5. Click on "+ Add users" and select the users you want to add from your Salesforce directory (please note: you cannot invite users who do not have a Salesforce account.)
  6. Select a "Permission" and "Profile" if needed
  7. Click on "Invite"


That's it. The invitees will receive an email to the email address used in their Salesforce account. Once they confirmed the invite they become active users and will be listed in the member table in the admin console.
