Creating a new pipeline template via the admin console

Pipeline templates are automatically added to all users who have a profile with templates assigned to them.

Pipeline, note and panel templates can only be created by admins. To become an admin, contact your existing Weflow admin or send an email to hello@getweflow.com.

How do I create a new template for the pipeline section?

• Go to the template section in the admin console
• Click "Add new view"
• Define the view based on your needs
• Make sure to use the following:
  • Quick filters
  • Add/hide fields
  • Adjust sorting
  • Adjust width
  • Adjust column position
• Finally, you can decide whether the pipeline view should also be added to the favorites by clicking on the start icon

When you are done, hit the save button.

How do I assign a template to a profile?

• In order for others to see your templates, you need to assign them to a profile first
• Click on the '+' icon in the 'Assigned to profiles' column
• Select as many profiles as you want
