There are a few common reasons why this can happen:
Managed package not installed
Verify that the Weflow managed package has been properly installed in your Salesforce org.
Salesforce user not connected
Ensure that a Salesforce integration user is connected to Weflow.
Best practice: use an API-only user (free Salesforce license) to avoid personal license limitations.
Google Workspace or Microsoft app not set up
Confirm that your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 integration has been configured.
Salesforce sharing & permissions
Double-check your Salesforce sharing settings.
Make sure required objects and fields (e.g., Opportunity) are not set to Private or restricted.
Ensure the connected user has the necessary read/write permissions.
