Why was there no event/task/activity created in Salesforce for my meeting or recording?

There are a few common reasons why this can happen:

  1. Managed package not installed

    • Verify that the Weflow managed package has been properly installed in your Salesforce org.

  2. Salesforce user not connected

    • Ensure that a Salesforce integration user is connected to Weflow.

      • Best practice: use an API-only user (free Salesforce license) to avoid personal license limitations.

  3. Google Workspace or Microsoft app not set up

    • Confirm that your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 integration has been configured.

  4. Salesforce sharing & permissions

    • Double-check your Salesforce sharing settings.

    • Make sure required objects and fields (e.g., Opportunity) are not set to Private or restricted.

    • Ensure the connected user has the necessary read/write permissions.
