Email open tracking relies on embedding a small invisible pixel in the email. If the pixel isn’t added, opens cannot be tracked. This is not unique to Weflow — it’s the standard approach used by all providers and email tracking tools.
Here’s what to check:
Add-in installation & login
Open tracking only works if the Weflow add-in is installed and you are logged in when composing the email.
Without this, the tracking pixel cannot be embedded.
Install the correct add-in
Outlook users: Install via Microsoft AppSource.
Gmail users (Chrome): Install via the Chrome Web Store.
