Why does my Weflow email open count/rate seem off or not work at all?

Email open tracking relies on embedding a small invisible pixel in the email. If the pixel isn’t added, opens cannot be tracked. This is not unique to Weflow — it’s the standard approach used by all providers and email tracking tools.

Here’s what to check:

  1. Add-in installation & login

    • Open tracking only works if the Weflow add-in is installed and you are logged in when composing the email.

    • Without this, the tracking pixel cannot be embedded.
