In the Weflow calendar, users can opt-in or opt- out of meeting recordings (Weflow will schedule recordings automatically):

In the recording section, users can access their recordings as well as recordings from other users in the same account (depending of access permissions):

Weflow sends a follow-up email to internal meeting participants after the call has ended:

Weflow will automatically link the meeting to relevant records in Salesforce and generate a meeting transcript as well as AI-generated summary:
