Trackers View

Trackers Views allow admins and users to customize how tracker-related data is displayed and analyzed within Weflow.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

These views help you visualize trends such as keyword mentions, competitor performance, or topic development across calls. By creating different views, teams can focus on the insights most relevant to their goals—whether tracking leaderboard rankings or analyzing tracker progress over time.

Step 1: Access Trackers Views

  1. Go to the Admin Console.

  2. Select Trackers Views from the menu.

    • Here, you can view, edit, or create new tracker views.

    • Each tab (e.g., Tracker Leaderboard, Tracker Development) represents a different focus area for your tracking data.

Step 2: Add a New View

Click + Add View in the top-right corner to create a new trackers view.

Step 3: Choose Access Type

Decide who should be able to see the view:

  • My View: The view is private and visible only to you.

  • Company View: The view is visible to all users in your organization, ensuring consistent visibility across teams.

💡 Tip: Use Company Views for standardized dashboards (e.g., global competitor leaderboard) and My Views for personal or experimental analysis.

Step 4: Name and Save Your View

Enter a descriptive name for your view—for example:

  • Competitor Tracker Leaderboard

  • Feature Mentions – Tracker Development

  • Q3 Market Insights

Then click Save to finalize your configuration.

  • You can create multiple views to track different aspects of your trackers—for example, one focused on leaderboards and another on long-term development trends.

Step 5: Access and Manage Your Views

To use or review your saved views:

  1. Go to the Trackers Insights section.

  2. Use the filters to switch between your different tracker views.

You can also create new views directly from within the Insights tab, without needing to return to the Admin Console.

Edit or Manage Existing Views

From the Trackers Views page, you can:

  • Edit existing views to change their filters, names, or visibility.

  • Duplicate views to quickly create similar dashboards for other teams or metrics.

  • Delete outdated or unused views.

Best Practices

  • Keep naming consistent (e.g., Competitor – Tracker Leaderboard, Product Feedback – Development) for clarity.

  • Limit company-wide views to the most relevant dashboards to keep the interface clean.

  • Encourage each team to create dedicated tracker views for their specific focus areas—such as competitor mentions, product feedback, or pricing trends.
