Activity Views

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Activity Views allow you to customize how sales activity data—such as meeting volume, email engagement, or reply rates—is displayed and analyzed. This helps teams focus on the metrics that matter most to their workflows and goals.

Step 1: Access Activity Views

  1. Go to the Admin Console.

  2. Select Activity Views from the menu.

    • Here, you can view all existing activity views, edit them, or create new ones.

    • Each tab (e.g., Meeting Volume, Meeting Duration, Email Volume) represents a different activity metric that can be customized with unique filters and configurations.

Step 2: Add a New View

Click + Add View in the top-right corner to create a new activity view.

Step 3: Choose Access Type

Decide whether your view should be available only to you or visible to everyone in your organization:

  • My View: The view will be private and visible only to you.

  • Company View: The view will be available for all users across the company, helping maintain a consistent analytics setup for teams.

💡 Tip: Use Company Views for standardized reporting and My Views for personal dashboards or experimental setups.

Step 4: Name and Save Your View

Enter a clear, descriptive name for your view—for example:

  • Team A – Meeting Volume

  • Email Engagement – Q4 Pipeline

Then click Save to finalize it.

  • You can create multiple views to compare different activity metrics or team focuses.

  • For example, you might create separate views for Marketing, Sales Development, and Account Executives, each tracking different KPIs.

Step 5: Access and Manage Your Views

To use your saved views:

  1. Go to Activity Insights.

  2. Use the filters to switch between your configured views.

You can also create a new view directly from within the Insights tab, without needing to return to the Admin Console.

Edit or Manage Existing Views

From the Activity Views page, you can:

  • Edit an existing view to update filters, naming, or access level.

  • Duplicate a view to quickly create similar setups for different teams or metrics.

  • Delete views that are no longer needed.
