No Templates have been assigned

You can't see any data under your recordings when looking at field updates or summary templates - here's why and how to fix it.

If you see the message “No templates have been assigned” under your Recordings, Field Updates, or Summary Template sections, it means that your admin needs to assign you to a team and/or assign a template to that team.

Steps for Admins

Step 1: Go to the Admin Console → Teams

Open the Admin Console in the left sidebar, then navigate to Teams.

Step 2: Verify Team Membership

  • Click the three dots (⋯) next to the team name and select Edit team.

  • Click Next to view the team members.

  • Make sure the affected user is added to the correct team. If not, add them.

Step 3: Assign Templates to Teams

  • In the Admin Console, go to Conversation Intelligence and open the section where the issue occurs (e.g., Summary Template, Field Update).

  • Ensure that a template is assigned to the user’s team.

  • Once done, users in that team will automatically see their templates in the app.
