Open Tracking

  • To enable open tracking in Weflow Activity Capture, the ‘WeflowTracking Managed Salesforce Package’ (see above) needs to be installed for all users.

  • This will add two custom fields to the email message object.

  • ‘Weflow Last Open Date’ is a date field that signals the last time an email was opened.

  • ‘Weflow Open Count’ is a number field that will count the number of times an email was opened in total.

  • Admins may still need to make these fields visible via the page layouts in Salesforce.
