To enable open tracking in Weflow Activity Capture, the ‘WeflowTracking Managed Salesforce Package’ (see above) needs to be installed for all users.
This will add two custom fields to the email message object.
‘Weflow Last Open Date’ is a date field that signals the last time an email was opened.
‘Weflow Open Count’ is a number field that will count the number of times an email was opened in total.
Admins may still need to make these fields visible via the page layouts in Salesforce.
