Go to Salesforce Setup
Search for Custom Report Types.
Click New Custom Report Type.
Set the Primary Object
Choose WeFlow Video Recording as the primary object.
Give it a name, set the category to Activities, and mark the status as Deployed.
Add Related Object
Join it with WeFlow Video Recording Link.
Select the relationship type: Each A record must have at least one B record.
Click Save.
Create the Report
Go to Reports → New Report.
Select your new WeFlow Video Recording Report Type (under Activities).
Add fields such as:
Description
Transcript
Name
Group by Related Account ID (or Opportunity/Contact if preferred).
Run and Export
Click Save & Run.
Sort or filter by fields like Description or Transcript.
Export as CSV if needed.
