What are sources?
A source is commonly considered some type of information that the AI can process to answer your questions.
Once you open the chat, the recording and all linked records of the recording will automatically be added as a "Source" to the chat interface.
The AI will automatically retrieve the following information:
The meeting transcript.
All fields relating to the linked records (i.e. in this case a contact, an account and an opportunity).
Any related activities such as emails or meetings linked to these records.
How can I add more sources?
Click on "+ Add Source".
Select from the available options.

Recordings
