Migrate recordings from Gong, Chorus, Jiminny and others to Weflow

When you purchase Weflow's Conversation Intelligence product, you can bring your existing call recordings with you. Weflow supports importing recordings from Gong, Jiminny, Chorus, and other conversation intelligence solutions.

What we need from you

All we need is an API key for your current provider. Once you share it, we handle the import on our end. There is no manual export or file upload required. If no API key is available, a raw file export can also work but needs to be evaluated by our team first.



Linking recordings to Salesforce

We automatically link your imported recordings to the right Salesforce records.

If the Salesforce association is retrievable through your provider's API, we use that data directly to map each recording to the correct account, opportunity, or contact.

If the association is not available through the API, we run our own lookup service to match recordings to Salesforce records, so your data stays connected.
