Health Metrics
The Health Metrics tab shows how your notetaker is performing across meetings. Use it to spot recording issues and understand where meetings are being skipped or failing. You need to have admin priviliges to review this tab.
Choosing a time range
Use the "Show Recording Statistics for" dropdown to switch between the last 7, 30, or 90 days. All metrics update to match the selected range.
What the metrics mean
Meetings Recorded: total number of meetings successfully recorded in the selected range.
Success Rate: share of meetings that were recorded without issue.
Skip Rate: share of meetings where the notetaker wasn't admitted or a participant declined consent.
Error Rate: share of meetings where a technical issue prevented recording.
Exporting data
The Skip Rate and Error Rate cards include a CSV export. Click "CSV" to download the underlying meeting list so you can investigate specific cases.
Tip: A high Skip Rate usually points to admission or consent settings, while a high Error Rate points to a technical cause worth checking with support.
