CLIPS
PURPOSE
A short, trimmed segment taken from a recorded call used to highlight specific moments such as strong objection handling, a winning pitch, or a deal-closing technique.
What is a CLIP?
A Clip is a trimmed excerpt from a recorded meeting or sales call. Clips let you isolate the moments that matter most whether that’s a perfectly handled objection, a strong discovery sequence, or a powerful product demo moment.
How to create a CLIP?
Creating a Clip is very easy. The user has to follow the steps given below:
Open a Recording: Navigate to Recordings in the Weflow app. Open the meeting recording for which you want to create a clip.
Play & Identify the Moment: Use the video player to watch the recording. Identify the start and end point of the moment you want to capture as a clip.
Go to Transcript and select start to end part in the transcript to create a clip: Now on the Transcript tab, look for the same transcript and select the desired part doing a drag and drop.
Select Clip option to create a Clip: A small pop-up window comes at the bottom once the text is selected. Click on Clip.
Give a name to the Clip and click on Create Button: Give your clip a descriptive name and then click on the Create button.
Find that Clip in the Clips tab under Recordings.
How to share a CLIP?
Once a Clip has been created, it can be shared directly with teammates or included in a Playlist for broader distribution. There are two ways to do this:
Immediately after creating a Clip from the call recording
The other way is to go to Clips section and then share the Clip.
Share immediately after creating a Clip from the call recording
Go to Recordings
Select a call and create a Clip as mentioned in steps above. (Skip step 6)
Once created, below the video player, find the Clips section.
Select the Clip you want to share and click on the share icon (right pointed arrow icon).
The sharing link will be copied to the clipboard, and then you can share that URL with anyone.
Share from Clips section
Go to Recordings > Clips
Select the Clip you want to share and keep the cursor on that Clip's tile.
You can see a share icon (right pointed arrow icon) coming on the top of that tile.
Click on that icon
The sharing link will be copied to the clipboard, and then you can share that URL with anyone.

PLAYLISTS
PURPOSE
A curated collection of Clips and/or full recordings grouped by theme (e.g., objection handling, discovery calls, competitive positioning) for structured coaching and onboarding.
What is a PLAYLIST?
A Playlist is a curated collection of Clips (and optionally full recordings) grouped by a common theme, use case, or learning objective. Playlists are the backbone of Weflow’s coaching and onboarding workflows, giving new and existing reps a structured library of real-world examples tied to your team’s sales motion.
How to create a PLAYLIST?
Follow these easy steps to build a new Playlist in Weflow:
Login to Weflow > Recordings > Playlist > Click on Add Playlist
Enter a clear, descriptive name for the playlist
NOTE: Here at the bottom, you will get an option to mark this Playlist as private. If you select that, that Private Playlist won't be available for everyone.
3. Hit Save and it will appear under the Playlist tab of Recordings.
How to Add a Clip to the PLAYLIST?
Once after a Playlist is created, there are two ways to add a Clip to the Playlist:
From the Call Recording
From the Playlist Tab under Recording.
From the Call Recording
Login to Weflow > Go to Recordings Section
Select a call and open it.
Create a Clip (Refer how to create a Clip section mentioned above)
Once created, below the video player, find the Clips section.
Click on the three dots and Select Add to Playlist
Select a Playlist from the dropdown list where you want to add that Clip.
Click on Add.
From the Playlist Tab under Recording
Login to Weflow > Go to Recordings Section > Playlist Tab
Select the Playlist where you want to add the Clips
Click on Add New Clip.
Search the name of the Clip and Click on Add.
The clip instantly gets added. You can close the pop-up menu.
How to Share a PLAYLIST?
Once you’re ready to distribute the Playlist for coaching or onboarding, follow these steps to share:
Login to Weflow > Go to Recordings Section > Playlist Tab
Hover the cursor over the Playlist which you want to share.
You can see a share icon (right pointed arrow icon) coming on the top of that tile.
Click on that icon
The sharing link will be copied to the clipboard, and then you can share that URL with anyone.
NOTE: You can't share a Playlist that is Private. To share that, you will have to:
1. Hover the cursor over the Playlist which you want to share
2. Click on the Three Dots.
3. Make it Public.
4. Hover the cursor over the Playlist again.
5. The sharing link will be copied to the clipboard, and then you can share that URL with anyone.

Download the Playlist
Make a Playlist Private or Public
Delete a Playlist
Play All
