Setting up Conversation Intelligence
To set up Conversation Intelligence, please follow these steps:
1.) Setup Activity Capture

2.) Setup Conversation Intelligence
a) Define a recorder name
- This will be the name of the recording agent (bot) joining the meeting.
- We recommend a generic name like "Notetaker" or
- "Weflow Notetaker".
b) Enable/disable meeting recap emails
- Weflow will send a recap email that is based on the default meeting summary chosen for the specific user profile (see step #3).
- Only internal meeting participants will receive an email.
c) Add/remove users
- Weflow will let you add an user for whom activity capture has been enabled already.
- To add a user, simply move them from the left to the right side and click the save button.
3.) Set up summary templates
- By default, Weflow will create a summary template for you.
- You can create and edit templates here.
- Summary templates can be assigned to different user profiles.
