Setting up Conversation Intelligence

To set up Conversation Intelligence, please follow these steps:


1.) Setup Activity Capture

2.) Setup Conversation Intelligence

a) Define a recorder name

  • This will be the name of the recording agent (bot) joining the meeting.
  • We recommend a generic name like "Notetaker" or 
  • "Weflow Notetaker".

b) Enable/disable meeting recap emails

  • Weflow will send a recap email that is based on the default meeting summary chosen for the specific user profile (see step #3).
  • Only internal meeting participants will receive an email.

c) Add/remove users

  • Weflow will let you add an user for whom activity capture has been enabled already.
  • To add a user, simply move them from the left to the right side and click the save button.

 




3.) Set up summary templates
 

  • By default, Weflow will create a summary template for you.
  • You can create and edit templates here.
  • Summary templates can be assigned to different user profiles.
