Admins can configure who can submit and/or edit and adjust forecast calls.

Adjusting the submission
We generally recommend selecting 0 days for the adjustment time window.
This ensures, that users have unlimited time to adjust forecast calls which is specifically useful to reduce overhead cost, e.g., a user is on vacation and can only adjust it when they are back.
