Quotas
Overview
The quota in Weflow is independent from any quota settings you may have already configured in Salesforce. However, setting up quota in Weflow is fast and easy. You can either bulk update values for this/next year by yourself, or share a CSV/Excel file to let us handle it for you.
Enabling/Disabling Quota
- Disabling the quota feature in Weflow will remove any quota fields from pipeline analytics or forecasting views.
- This will also remove the option to calculate pipeline coverage automatically for you.
Record Types
- You can define a separate quota per record type.
- Weflow will automatically list any available record type in your Salesforce CRM.
- If you don't filter forecasts or analytics reports by record type, then you can also set quota for just one record type.
Date Ranges
- You can set quota for only a month, quarter or an entire year.
- Weflow also let's you configure the quota for the upcoming year.
- If you have a custom starting date for your financial year e.g. February or March, then Weflow will automatically detect this based on your settings in Salesforce.
Bulk Updates
- You can update the quota in bulk or by selecting just one individual user and month.
- You can also combine both options and first make a bulk update, and then fine-tune specific months e.g. only November and December.
