Entra ID application Permissions for Microsoft 365
For customers in the Microsoft ecosystem, Weflow asks for email/calendar permissions via a centrally managed Entra application. This application serves as a central permission provider for users in your Weflow account.
To install the Entra ID application, an Cloud Application Administrator is required.
Permissions required to install the Entra ID app:
- Calendards.Read
- Calendars.Read.Shared
- Calendars.ReadWrite
- Calendars.ReadWrite.Shared
- EAS.AccessAsUser.All
- EWS.AccessAsUser.All
- Mail.Read
- Mail.Read.Shared
- Mail.ReadWrite
- Mail.ReadWrite.Shared
- offline_access

- User.Read
Admin roles who can install the app:
To install a Microsoft Entra ID app (formerly Azure AD), these are the key admin roles required:
- Global Administrator - Has full access to manage all aspects of Entra ID and can install any application
- Application Administrator - Can manage enterprise applications and has permissions to configure app registrations
- Cloud Application Administrator - Similar to Application Administrator but with slightly fewer permissions, can manage most app-related settings
