Insights
Overview
- The insights section in the admin console let's you control what information will be surfed in the insights tab of the sidebar in Weflow.
- These settings will also impact the insight section in the Chrome Extension.
Opening the Insights Tab
- To open the insights tab, click on a record name or search via a record via the web app or Chrome Extension.
- The first tab in the sidebar is the 'Insights' tab.
- Please note: the insights tab is only available for Opportunities at the moment.
Key Fields
- You can enable/disable this section.
- Via the add/hide fields button, you can surface or hide additional fields in this section of the insights tab.
Contact Roles
- You can enable/disable this section.
- Contact roles will automatically surface in this section of the insights tab.
- From here, you can edit, remove or re-assign contact roles.
- Weflow will automatically surface contacts with whom you had contact but who have not been added to your Salesforce CRM yet.
Insights
- These insights are surfaced at the top of the insights tab.
- Via the admin console, you can configure a custom amount or close date field.
- You can use any currency, number or date field.
