Warning Signals
Overview
- Warning signals can be surfaced in pipeline views, the sidebar and in Weflow's pipeline analytics and sales forecasting sections.
- Warning signals are fully customizable. You can create as many warning signals as needed.
- To enable a warning signal, it needs to be assigned to a user profile first.
Enable/disable Warning Signals
- If you don't want to use Warning Signals, you can disable them entirely.
- In addition, you can enable/disable specific Warning Signals separately.
Configuring Warning Signals
- To configure a Warning Signal, click on the
+Add warning
button in the top right corner. - This will trigger a new page, where you can define a name (visible for end-users) and a description (only visible in the admin console) for the signal.
- Then, you can define conditions. You can use any type of field on the Opportunity object to define a warning signal excluding text fields.
Duplication
- Click the three-dot menu on the right side, to duplicate an existing Warning Signal.
Renaming
- Click the three-dot menu on the right side, to change the name of a Warning Signal.
- You can change a name at any point in time.
- Please be aware, that the name is a user-facing name. Meaning, that this will be the information displayed to the end-user when a warning is triggered.
Deletion
- If needed, you can delete a Warning Signal completely.
- Please be aware, that deleted signals cannot be retrieved anymore.
