Syncing historic emails
Looking to sync emails from 30, 60, 90 or more days into Salesforce? We have the solution for you.
When you switch from, e.g., Einstein Activity Capture to Weflow, you may miss out on months or years of email history. Or maybe emails were never consistently synced to Salesforce before.
In that case, Weflow let's you sync historic emails up to three years from the past.
How does it work?
- This service is available to all paying customers on all product tiers.
- Contact your Customer Success Manager or send an email to us.
- Specify the email addresses and a date in the past
- The process typically takes 72 hours, depending on the amount of emails and time range

- May 25th, 2022
Will there be a self-service solution in the future?
- We aim to provide a self-service solution for shorter time ranges (e.g., up to 180 days) in the near future.
- However, for anything beyond 180 days, a manual process will still be required, as this can cause rate limits with Google/Microsoft, and you can quickly use up your daily API limits on Salesforce itself.
- By letting our team of support engineers take care of this for you, you don't have to worry about that and can rest assured, that all emails will be synced correctly over time without running into any limits.
