Weflow automatically summarizes meeting transcripts and saves the AI-generated meeting notes in Salesforce.

How It Works
- After each meeting, Weflow automatically detects the meeting langugae and transcribes the meeting.
- The transcript is then summarized based on customizable meeting summary templates.
- The summary is then stored in Salesforce on the event record related to the meeting.
- In addition, Weflow sends a summary email to all internal meeting participants.
Setup & Management
Enable the feature via Admin Console → Conversation Intelligence → Summary Templates. Admins can define pre-built templates and assign these templates to user profiles (i.e. Teams).

How to use it?
- After each meeting, you'll receive a summary email from Weflow.
- Click on the email to open Weflow.
- Within Weflow, you can then review the summary, or toggle between different versions of it.
- You can copy the summary manually if needed.
- Weflow will also store the summary in the related event record in the description field.
