Overview of Pipeline Management
Install the Weflow Chrome Extension from the official Chrome Extension store:
Updating Records Views
On macOS use CMD + J
and on Windows use ALT + J
to trigger the search modal. Once the modal is open, search for the record or name you're looking for. Select the record and update the values in the sidebar on the right side of the screen.
Sidebar
The Chrome Extension sidebar is fully shared with the sidebar in Weflow's web app. Field templates, and other settings are shared across the two. When you make a change via the sidebar it will be reflected in the web app as well as in Salesforce itself.
Logging tasks, meetings and activities
On the bottom right of the sidebar, you can find options to create new tasks, meetings and log other forms of activities such as calls, emails or custom actions.
Log Emails
When activity capture is active, the Chrome Extension gives users additional controls over their email and meeting logging. Users can choose different records to log to, or alternatively disable email logging for a specific email thread or an individual email.
