How It Works

Setup & Management

Enable the feature via Admin Console β†’ Conversation Intelligence β†’ Coaching Templates. Admins can define pre-built templates and assign these templates to user profiles (i.e. Teams).

How to use it?

  1. After each meeting, you'll receive a summary email from Weflow.
  2. Click on the email to open Weflow.
  3. Within Weflow, you can then review the feedback in the 'Coaching' tab.
  4. The feedback is only stored in Weflow (but will be made available as part of the 'Weflow Video Recording' object in Q3-2025).
