How It Works

Setup & Management
Enable the feature via Admin Console β Conversation Intelligence β Coaching Templates. Admins can define pre-built templates and assign these templates to user profiles (i.e. Teams).

How to use it?
- After each meeting, you'll receive a summary email from Weflow.
- Click on the email to open Weflow.
- Within Weflow, you can then review the feedback in the 'Coaching' tab.
- The feedback is only stored in Weflow (but will be made available as part of the 'Weflow Video Recording' object in Q3-2025).
