How to install the Outlook add-in

Where to get it from?

The add-in can be found in the AppSource marketplace:

1.) Go here to directly access the add-in as an admin: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/office/WA200007782?tab=Overview

2.) Alternatively, go to the AppSource marketplace and search for 'Weflow Activity Capture'

How to install the add-in?

1. Click on "Get it now"
2. Assign users, user groups, yourself or the entire organization.
3. The Weflow add-in does not ask for additional permissions (read/write emails or meetings, as these are managed separately as part of the Weflow Activity Capture setup)
4. Complete the deployment

How do users can access the add-in once it's been deployed?

• Once deployed (this can take up to six hours), users can access the add-in in their Outlook client (Web, macOS, Windows).
• Users should pin the add-in when they first use it.
