Quick-Start: Pipeline

Learn how to use the Weflow Pipeline to quickly and efficiently update your Salesforce pipeline.

What is the pipeline good for?

  • Use the Pipeline views to make super-fast updates to different Salesforce objects (Opportunities, Leads, Accounts, Contacts, plus custom objects).
  • Update any field with one click. Super fast & easy.
  • Depending on the field, you can input a text, number, custom content or a date.
  • You can also link different records with each other.

Good to know: Weflow validates all fields for you, meaning if you enter an invalid format or value, Weflow will let you know.

How to get the most out of it?

  • Make sure to use Views & Filters when using the Pipeline views
  • Pin your most important views so that they are easily accessible
  • Try out the different filtering options to create a focused view of your pipeline that will let you work on the deals that matter

What types of pipelines are there?

  • Weflow features both Kanban and Table views on your pipeline.
  • You can easily switch back and forth between the two views whenever you like.
  • Both views have their own purpose.
  • While the table view is great for quickly making updates, the Kanban view is helpful for understanding where the different deals in your Pipeline currently are.
  • It's worth trying out the different Pipeline views and getting accustomed to both.
