How can I manage existing members?

How can you manage members in Weflow?

You can perform the following actions in the members section of the admin console:

  • Invite new members
  • Assign the permission level (admin or normal member)
  • Assign a profile
  • Deactivate members
  • Re-send an invitation to Weflow
     

Permissions

  • A normal 'member' cannot access the admin console
  • An 'admin' can access the entire Weflow app and also manage the admin console
     

Profile

  • Profiles let you assign workflows to specific groups of users
     

Activate/Deactivate

  • Deactivated users cannot access Weflow anymore
  • If you accidentally deactivated yourself, ask an admin to re-activate you or reach out to hello@getweflow.com
